Good value for money with nice breakfast and friendly staff

To access the hotel from the centre you have to cross a very busy street - not evident for first time visitors in Indonesia

Breakfast was good. Hotel was close to all the sites (palace, Museum, Taman Sari, etc)

There aren't any restaurants close to the hotel.

So far the worst hotel we've stayed at in Indonesia. The lobby looked impressive, but the rooms were run-down and very dirty. Indonesian food was ok, but they didn't keep it warm.

I like that the location was very central and it's very easy to come back to the hotel. As there's a proper lobby area and a parking space, it is very convenient to drop off and also order in delivery. Also the staff are nice to recommend us the places to eat. There is also great massage place opposite the hotel so if you have spare time, you can go and have a massage before the check-in timing. The rooms are pleasant, just signs of bit of wear and tear in the bathroom but not a problem for us.

The water in the bathroom, the hose is leaking, may need to fix it. Not really a big issue but can be a problem in the future. There's no shampoo so only body soap is the same as shampoo.

They really has the potential to be a good accommodation, but they really need to pay more close attention to the quality of the interior inside the room, the cleanliness of the chair, wifi and the shower. what I thing is great about that hotel is that the chair is very comfortable for those who stay there for work.

The cleanliness of the showerhead and the chair. They really need to pay attention to the cleanliness, vacuum the chair because it's made of fabric. The breakfast was also very disappointing.

Bed was comfortable and personel quite nice.

In general the hotel is run down. Room which we got was super dirty and very stinky. After 1st night we askt to change the room. It was little bit better in the new one but loud music started to play in the pool area at 6 a.m. very loud, I could hear it very loud in my room so couldn't sleep well.We asked to change this but anyway music started to play around 7 a.m what was super uncomfortable.Price is to high for this kind of standard.

It was very nice and comfortable stay. I love their beds! So biiiig. And expertly clean, which is not sp obvious. Extremely polite and smiling Staff (make you feel like home) Changing towels - every Day. Good location, close to Malioboro and both sułtan palces. Close to Street food.Laundry service-great.

The bathroom is dirty & outdated

Stay September 2022. Convenient place to stay & revisit Jogja after a mere 45 years from the last time. Unfortunately the Royal Palace was mainly closed which was a motivation for our visit. Staff good - friendly and helpful. Close to other areas & very easy to get a becak to take you somewhere. Breakfast buffet was good, as were other meals we had there. Organised one of the more "exciting" taxi rides to the airport we have ever had. Beat 1 hour flat and 200,000 rupiahs. "Very exciting", and we have had many trips throughout SE Asia to compare!

Like how staffs treat us very kindlyrestaurant dishes are indonesian homey . for me who haven't home for long time , it feels like i'm home when i took a breakfast

Maybe need more concern to clean up on every corner of the room , find a lot of dust at the corner of the roomAnd i found some little cockroaches in the bathroom

We paid for an upgrade to a 1st floor room and it was a good value.

The food is not high quality but the normal guest is a tourist bus and feeding them must be done a low cost.

The location is the key value

Totally different to what it is shown in pictures and information in booking. Mediocre hotel very old carpet and rooms. windows are folded by permanent blinds in some rooms and in those with view it belongs to literally a garbage can. In spite of all these negative points, the hotel’s staff try to do their best in these conditions.

Everything was very good, especially the location

Everything was good except for one thing. The manager was very grouchy and not nice. She charged us way too much money for breaking a cheap little glass.
